I am Sister Ruth

I am honored and humbled to represent my community, the Sisters of Saint Agnes, as its new Justice, Peace, and Integrity of Creation coordinator.

It is a challenge and an opportunity to play a part in addressing the pressing issues of our time.

Alongside my experience as a high school social studies and theology instructor, as well as pastoral minister in New Mexico and Wisconsin, I have been active in the social justice arena.

Serving many years on the congregation’s Justice, Peace and Integrity of Creation committee has strengthened my desire and resolve to engage with people who are committed to a more just and caring society.

I look forward to doing justice and peace work with you.
