An
update on the effort to repeal the Clean Power Plan: The response EPA has
received has led them to schedule three more listening sessions Feb. 21 in
Kansas City, MO, Feb. 28 in San Francisco, and March 27 in Gillette, WY and to
extend the deadline for online comments to April 26. to allow comments
after additional public "listening sessions" on eliminating the rule.
